Spray series

PCBA waterproof adhesive coating process (Conformal Coating)
Conformal Coating is applied to flexible circuit boards. In addition to the role of protection, it also has the effect of insulation on the electronic PCB board (Insulation, moisture-proof, dust-proof). Such as vehicle parts, solar energy, LED street light ships, electronic scales, GPS, anti-theft devices, industrial computers and outdoor products for insulation and moisture resistance. It can penetrate deep into small gaps to make the waterproof effect better. After coating it can be moisture-proof and dust-proof, protect electronic components, and extend the life of parts. The coating method is spraying method, soaking method, partial brushing method. Lihsi’s products are in compliance with ROHS environmental protection regulations and UL94V-0 flame resistance rating.
Perfusion series
Infusion glue is mainly used to enhance the durability of various electronic components. In addition to being applied to outdoor lighting waterproofing, it is also commonly used in COB packaging or LED bulb thermal conduction and rectifier sealing. In addition to good impact resistance and high insulation properties, it can also extend the life of the product.

Plastic frame series
Frame glue is mainly used for waterproof and airtight applications. As modern 3C products become more precise, when working with the glue dispenser, the path can be adjusted freely. Especially when you encounter irregular shapes, LH’s automatic dispensing equipment can save a lot of construction time, the staff only needs to pick up the object and press the execution button on the machine to get started. Dispense to small pack series
During the dispensing process bubbles should be avoided.
